Warsaw Assorted
I moved to Warsaw in 2011. Since then I've experienced its vibrant, ever-changing palette every day.
Chaotic. Bland. Overwhelming. Toxic. Hostile. Noisy. Strange.
At other times: exciting. Colorful. Welcoming. Energetic. Diverse.
The capital city. The place where life-altering decisions are made. Where grand, carefully planned events unfold.
Also, a place where countless tiny stories quietly begin and end every second—still significant even if unnoticed.
It's this constant state of contradiction that makes me love Warsaw. That love is thorny at times, but fiercely real whether this city loves me back or not.
